Crazy hey, but so true.
Now I know I say it is only YOU that can make changes and create the life you want, and this is still very much true BUT you need to have a support network around you, your Elite Team.
I am not about to tell you, you need to change your friends, move jobs or even leave a lover, as everyone has a place in your life BUT what I am going to say is that if you truly want to be successful in LIFE, both personally and professionally you need to surround yourself with like minded people, people who inspire you, bring you up and make you believe you can do it.
Even the most successful people in the world have a support network around them that play a part in their success. They have people they can rely on to help them see the wood through the trees when times are tough, to remind them of they ‘why’ and to challenge them when they become complacent.
Creating an ELITE TEAM is a key step towards being successful and reaching your full potential.
WHY?
Well, by spending time with the right people, and by that I mean people who understand you, who inspire you, motivate you, challenge you, listen to you and help you to remain focused, you will naturally feel more positive within yourself and will attract more positive outcomes.
Your elite team will have a huge impact of your overall life, your general happiness and on the goals you choose to set. By sharing ideas you are keeping your goals alive, you are reminding yourself of your WHY, you are opening yourself up to commitment and accountability and you are creating an foundation of support that will carry you through the dark times.
Mindset + Attitude = eXcellence. If you surround yourself with positive people, with an inspiring Mindset and a ‘can do’ Attitude you will achieve eXcellence in abundance.
We have all been there I am sure, when we have met up with someone whose glass is always half empty and no matter what you say they can’t see the positive in anything. Over time you start to feel pretty flat and before you know it you are joining in with them on the doom and gloom conversation. By the time you leave you think the world is coming to an end and everything is life is shit.

Don’t let them drag you down. Yes, by all means be a friend to them and help them as much as they will let you, but please don’t be drawn into the negative mind and outlook.
Life is so much more fun when you spend time with people who make you laugh, make you think, make you see things slightly differently but more importantly make you feel ALIVE, give you that oomph, that focus and that desire to be the best version of you.
Make 2017 your best year, set goals, have fun, remain focused and BUILD AN ELITE TEAM. Life can be lonely and often when challenged we can feel vulnerable. Help to avoid this by working with a group of people you trust and allow them to help you, help yourself.
